StructuredMD exists because we lived the problem. Ryon built the clinical vision for Parker Medical — fewer patients, deeper relationships, medicine the way it should be practiced. Jason built the machine that made it run — the operations, the staffing, the business infrastructure that turns a physician's philosophy into a sustainable, scalable enterprise.
Together, we discovered that the hardest part of concierge medicine isn't the medicine. It's the operational complexity that comes with running a high-touch, high-expectation practice without a playbook. Most physicians are left to figure it out alone. We were fortunate enough to figure it out together.

Behind The System
Ryon Parker, MD, MBA
FounderDr. Ryon Parker founded Parker Medical in 2017 with a simple belief: fewer patients means better care. After completing his residency at Maine Medical Center / Tufts Medical Center in Portland, he returned to Las Vegas determined to practice medicine the way it should be practiced.
Board certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Parker limits his practice to approximately 400 patients — allowing for the time and attention that complex medical care demands. He serves as adjunct faculty at UNLV School of Medicine and sits on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Private Physicians.
Dr. Parker co-hosts the Out of Network podcast, discussing concierge medicine, longevity, and healthcare innovation. His commitment to peer education led him to found StructuredMD, a consultancy that provides the operational framework for physicians to scale their concierge medical brand.

Jason Parker, MBA
Co-Founder & Chief Administrative OfficerWith nearly 20 years of experience in complex personnel and business management, Jason oversees all day-to-day operations at Parker Medical — from business development and marketing to HR, finance, and IT.
Jason also serves as Director of the Wellness Center, guiding patients through Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Body Sculpting, and other advanced treatments. Education is his mission, delivered with kindness and understanding of each patient's needs.
